RETURN POLICY

We do our best to provide you the quality gear you need to reach your next best. But if it's not what you expected, we got your back. As long as the item is unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached to it, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving it. The purchase amount will be credited back to the original payment method. As of now, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Only in special cases we will cover the return shipping.

We care, not only about your experience in wearing our gear, but your experience in return satisfaction. So go ahead and shop with all the confidence you want with our 15 day refund policy.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

  • Item(s) must not be covered in animal and/or human hair.

  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, obvious signs of wear etc.)

  • If the item is returned to us in these poor conditions (explained above), it will not be accepted for a refund.

  • Apparel must have the original tag attached to it for it to be returnable for a refund.

  • If you ordered item(s) separately, then items should be returned separately.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 15 days from the day you received it. Anything beyond 15 days will not be accepted for a return refund.

FAQ

1.) When will I get my refund?

Receiving your return order can take 1-2 weeks. Once we receive it, we'll notify you through email. Then we'll refund you the full amount back to your original payment method within 1-4 business days.

2.) What should I do if I do not have my return label?

Please contact us about your return request by clicking here.

3.) Can I exchange my order? 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or product, you can place a new order via the website, before or after your return.

4.) Can I return my item after 15 days?

Items must be returned within 15 days from the day you received your order. We do not accept returns beyond the 15 day mark.

STEP 1: Place your item(s) into a delivery package. Your local postal service should have one available.

STEP 2: After taping the box/package closed, write down our address to ship it to us -
