We do our best to provide you the quality gear you need to reach your next best. But if it's not what you expected, we offer a 10 day return policy from the day you received your merchandise. The item must not be damaged and unwashed with the original tag attached to it for the return to be valid. We will cover the USA return shipment price, as long as it is in good condition. The refund would be credited back to the original payment method after receiving your returned item and see that there are no damages. Anything beyond 10 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


Canada returns and exchanges are also valid within 10 days. However, you will have to pay the for the return shipment and the shipment to back to your location. We are sorry to say that we currently do not cover the return shipments, as USPS and UPS will not allow it.

If you received your activewear for free, your returns are not covered. However, you might be eligible reorder free activewear if you're looking for a different size or product. Please email us here first.


  • Item(s) must not be covered in animal and/or human hair etc.

  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, obvious signs of wear and tear etc.)

  • If the item is returned to us in these poor conditions (explained above), it will not be accepted for a return refund or exchange.

  • Apparel must have the original tag attached to it for it to be returnable or exchangeable.

  • Anything beyond 10 days will not be accepted for an exchange.


1.) Can I exchange my order? If so, how?

Yes, we currently offer exchanges. The process of an exchange occurs below:


  •  First, you must reach out to us with your order number here, letting us know you'd like an exchange for a different product or size/color. Item must be in good condition.

  •  If we approve and confirm your exchange, we'll email your return shipment label. You'll box or bag your item and bring it to a local postal service location to ship back to us.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll contact you with the next steps.

2.) Can I exchange my item after 10 days?

Items must be exchanged within 10 days from the day you received your order. We do not accept exchanges beyond the 10 day mark.

3.) Do you offer returns? (no exchanges)

Within 10 days, yes. As long as the item is in good condition.


STEP 1: Place your item(s) into a delivery package. Your local postal service should have a package available. Or if you already have a clean, sturdy cardboard box at home that you'd like use to save money, you can do us this too.

If you received your item in our compostable mailer, you can reuse that (as long as it is not damaged or teared). The compostable mailer has 2 white/clear adhesive strips located at the top opening. One strip has already been used to ship to your location, which means there will be one more white adhesive strip for you to use for return packaging.

STEP 2: After taping the box/package closed, write down our address to ship it to us. Email us for the address.

For Compostable Mailer: After adding your item back into the package, pull the adhesive strip off, and fold the opening closed.


STEP 3: Drop the box/package at any carrier you wish to use for return.
