We do our best to provide you the quality gear you need to reach your next best. But if it's not what you expected, we offer exchanges for different sizes or products as long as it is within 15 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached to it for the exchange to be valid. For domestic shipping, you will have to pay for the return shipment, but we will cover the shipment price back to your location.
For international shipping, exchanges are also valid, however you will have to pay the for the return shipment and the shipment to back to your location.
We are sorry to say that we currently do not offer the full refund return option, as we are a new store that is still growing.

Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, obvious signs of wear etc.)
If the item is returned to us in these poor conditions (explained above), it will not be accepted for an exchange.
Apparel must have the original tag attached to it for it to exchangeable.
Anything beyond 15 days will not be accepted for an exchange.
1.) Can I exchange my order? If so, how?
Yes, we currently offer exchanges. The process of an exchange occurs below:
First, you must reach out to us with your order number here, letting us know you'd like an exchange for a different product or size.
After we confirm that you can exchange, you then bring your item to a local postal service location to pay for the return shipment back to us. We recommend you visit USPS, as they usually offer the lowest shipping prices. Once this is done, please send us the tracking number here, your postal service has given you, along with the same order number you sent us the first time at the above bullet.
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a store voucher worth the same value as that returned item. You can use the voucher anytime within a year of receiving it.
2.) Can I exchange my item after 15 days?
Items must be exchanged within 15 days from the day you received your order. We do not accept exchanges beyond the 15 day mark.

STEP 1: Place your item(s) into a delivery package. Your local postal service should have a package available. Or if you already have a clean, sturdy cardboard box at home that you'd like use to save money, you can do us this too.
STEP 2: After taping the box/package closed, write down our address to ship it to us -
