RETURN POLICY

We do our best to provide you the quality gear you need to reach your next best. But if it's not what you expected, we offer a 7 day return policy from the day you received your merchandise. The item must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached to it for the return to be valid. For domestic shipping, you will have to pay for the return shipment, but we will cover the shipment price back to your location. Anything beyond 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

For international shipping, returns and exchanges are also valid within 7 days, however you will have to pay the for the return shipment and the shipment to back to your location.

We are sorry to say that we currently do not cover the return, as we are a new store that is still growing.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

  • Item(s) must not be covered in animal and/or human hair.

  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, obvious signs of wear etc.)

  • If the item is returned to us in these poor conditions (explained above), it will not be accepted for an exchange.

  • Apparel must have the original tag attached to it for it to exchangeable.

  • Anything beyond 15 days will not be accepted for an exchange.

1.) Can I exchange my order? If so, how?

Yes, we currently offer exchanges. The process of an exchange occurs below:

Items must be exchanged within 7 days from the day you received your order. We do not accept exchanges beyond the 7 day mark.

3.) Do you offer returns? (no exchanges)

We are sorry to say that we currently do not cover return shipments, but you can still return your item within 7 days.

3 easy RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Place your item(s) into a delivery package. Your local postal service should have a package available. Or if you already have a clean, sturdy cardboard box at home that you'd like use to save money, you can do us this too.

STEP 2: After taping the box/package closed, write down our address to ship it to us. Email us for the address.

STEP 3: Drop the box/package at any carrier you wish to use for return.
