ROUTINE
Below is a plan to go about for your 5 day weekly routine.

PLAN A:
Day 1: Lower Body
Day 2: Chest & Back
Day 3: Core
Day 4: Arms & Shoulders
Day 5: Glutes
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Rest
Plan A involves working out a strict 5 day workout routine. You must follow day 1 to day 7 accordingly. For example, you can perform day 1 on Monday, day 2 on Tuesday, day 3 on Wednesday, day 4 on Thursday, and day 5 on Friday. This would leave Saturday and Sunday as rest days. The two rest days are important to be performed back to back, after working glutes because the glutes need to time rest and rebuild before being used again to workout lower body the following week.
Directions:
Following this 5 day program through the PRO WRLD fit App. To do so, open up the app > click, Train > click classes > click the filter icon at top right corner > click body target > click legs > click apply filter. From there, you will see the lower body workout classes displayed for you to preferably choose from.
Perform the same direction with a different body target focus according to the 4 remaining workout days.
Tip:
It is recommended to use the Macro Tracker, Water Logging feature, along with Outdoor Run, to get the most out of your fitness journey.
PLAN B:
Day 1: HIIT (or any other fully body workout such as, EMOM, Tabata, Barre, Calisthenics, Circuit training, kickboxing)
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Yoga
Day 4: Upper Body
Day 5: Lower Body
Day 6: Core
Day 7: Rest
Plan B involves performing full body, yoga, upper body, lower body and core on separate days. Rest day in-between fully body and yoga. For example, a full body class, such as, HIIT, can be performed on Monday, while yoga can be performed on Wednesday.
Directions:
Follow this 5 day workout routine through the PRO WRLD fit App. To do so, open up the app > click, Train > click classes > click the filter icon at top right corner > click class type > click HIIT (or other class type, such as Tabata, Kickboxing, Circuit etc.) > click apply filter. From there, you will see all workout classes displayed to your likings for you to preferably choose from.
Perform the same steps with a different body target focus according to the 4 remaining workout days.
